  • Commercial Building Maintenance- including electrical,lighting,and plumbing.

  • Sales/Service/Repair & Installation
  • preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and inspecting
    Prices & Hours of Business
  • Regular hours-$75 per hour
  • Overtime hours-time & a half
  • Minimum charge-30 minutes per service call
  • Truck charge-$40 per service call
  • Regular hours: Monday-Friday 6:00a.m. through 6:00p.m.
  • Weekends & after 6p.m. are overtime hours and additional fees are required
